We all know that strengthening your side butt (that’s the technical term) is very important. It keeps your knees from caving in when jumping and lifting, it keeps your hips from swaying side to side when you’re walking (just because you like the way it looks when you strut in heels doesn’t make it good for you!)

We like this because you’re weight bearing, simple, and effective. The hip hike is an exercise that is often overlooked, despite the fact that you can perform it anywhere!
