HPP 61: Treat your own foot pain 2/3

A lot of foot pain stems from the fact that we put our feet in shoes that are too narrow and rigid, and don’t allow our feet to function as feet. If we used them more, we would be able to control them much better. Ever see a video of someone born without arms using their feet to hold utensils and such? (youtube “”Incredible Seven-Year-Old Uses Her Feet As Hands””, at about 3:38 in shes using her feet to control chop sticks!)

Let’s start freeing up those joints and muscles of the feet. This is a good place to start. Take an extra hour at home today to just be barefoot, too!
