Sit to Stand Modification (Load+Ext)

Do you have LBP? First things first. Everyone’s low back pain is different. Those “fix-all” exercises you see on the internet and IG might be good for some, and not others and much of it isn’t good for anyone!
Have you been told that you need a stronger core and more flexibility to “fix” your low back? Let’s debunk that right now. 1)You don’t need FIXING, you AREN’T BROKEN. 2) If that was the truth, no one would have LBP; especially not young female gymnasts (seriously, who has a stronger core with more flexibility??) Guess what? They have the highest prevalence of LBP at the youngest age than ANY other population…So obviously that isn’t the answer.
Here’s what is helpful, having someone who can TEACH you what the mechanical stressors are to your back and how to avoid them in day to day life, to allow an environment in the body that is conducive to healing.
