Turkish Sit Up

This is a great shoulder stability exercise to incorporate scapular upward rotation. If you don’t know by now…that’s pretty important considering if the shoulder blade doesn’t rotate upward you can end up with a missing range of motion, rotator cuff pain, low back compensation…the list goes on. This takes the complexity of the full Turkish get up out and allows you to hammer down the form. Keep it light until you don’t have to think about it so much.
