Exercise Spotlight: Wall angels
Do you have pain in your shoulder with reaching up, or limited overhead mobility?
This is a great exercise to strengthen the lower trap AND increase thoracic spine mobility. If you’ve never one it before, you might experience some soreness in new areas! Hit 5-8 slow and controlled reps building from 3 sets to 5 over time.
